What is YOUR big why?

There is something inside all of us that drives us. What gets us up in the morning? What makes us keep trying? What is the force that urges you to pick yourself up and keep going? When you close your eyes, what do you think about that makes you smile? THAT is your why.

My big why are these guys right here...

They are the reason for everything. The reason why I decided that I wanted to be happy.

I was working in healthcare over ten years. I was physically and mentally exhausted - I was miserable. I was starting to become a person that I didn't even like to be around. I decided one day that life was just too short. If I had to work (which most women have to do in this day and age), and be away from my kids - I didn't want to be miserable while doing it. So I took a leap of faith, and started a new career in real estate. I am not going to lie to you - was real estate my passion in life? No. It wasn't. But these guys right here, these are the guys I wanted to build my life around and real estate was my ticket to be able to do that.

So I slowly transitioned away from healthcare and into the real estate world. I never knew that joining Keller Williams would truly change my life. Yes, they have taught me all about real estate. But I never expected this would show me something deeper, something that I never completely tapped into.. my potential. My potential is limitless. Whatever I want I can acheive it. There is no one holding me back but myself. If you're not living the life you want to live.. then change it. I did take a leap of faith. Turns out.. I am really good at this real estate thing, and I am really enjoying it!! Imagine that.

Don't get me wrong, I am a realist. I've never been the person to be all idealistic about how every blade of grass is beautiful and every day is a blessing. No. Some days are hard, blades of grass... well.. they make me sneeze. Life is hard. But I know what I want out of life. I never want to be an old woman and talk about the things I never did. I know I can do ANYTHING - because I know my big why.
